I just wanted to say thank you so much for a fantastic two days, I learnt a lot and found it excellent value for money. I could easily be one of the £300 wedding photographer’s you talked about as I have been asked by a few people now but that is not the level of service I want to give, I also realised I have much more to learn particularly the classic shots and posing and some more about using the light.

I cannot thank you enough for all your generosity and kindness leading up to and during your most wonderful two day course at Sutton Bonnington Hall.    Several minutes into our initial conversation I instinctively knew you were offering what I had been searching for and my late booking arrangements became frantic as I was afraid I would miss a golden opportunity.   You did not disappoint.   Your choice of venue was exclusive and yet homely with staff who were at tentative yet discrete and professional.   Your models were glamorous and confident whilst maintaining a superb attitude with great patience and dedication.   Your attention to detail in floristry, couture, coiffure and jewellery was incredible.   There was a perpetual  balance between the artistic and technical which held the attention endlessly.   I think the quality and character and the positive attitude of the other attendees on the course reflects your unique attraction.   I now appreciate more fully the dedication, expertise and social skills that pave the way to success in this demanding field.   The road is long but it is now clear.

Had a great time, both are down to earth and practical. Thoroughly enjoyed the 2 days and would recommend this to beginners and experienced photographers alike.

I have 20 years experience and as a result of attending this course have immediately changed a number of systems in both the way I capture images and my presentation.

I too was on the course this week run by Julie and Steve. It was the BEST value for money I have ever had. The course was enjoyable, fun (and believe me I was VERY nervous on the first morning), well organised and the advice and learning curve experienced is just amazing.

This was the first course of this kind I have been on and would probably go again. Julie and Steve are fantastic people, patient and gave so much information to spur me forward with greater confidence.

All  I can say is *wow*. Julie and Steve are both incredibly friendly, funny and down-to-earth. They ran the first day exactly like it was a wedding shoot. The second day was more about the business of being a wedding photographer.
Did I say I enjoyed the course??? Did I say I learned a lot??? Did I say the food was good??? Did I say Steve and Julie were great hosts? Did I say I'd wholeheartedly recommend this course? To anyone?

I recently attended Julie and Steve's course at Langley Priory after reading their excellent book from cover to cover. As well as providing hands on experience with the "Bride and Groom" in beautiful surroundings, Julie and Steve gave plenty of additional valuable information for shooting and managing a successful wedding. I photographed a wedding the week after the course using my new found techniques and approach to the day. The "Batting order" was invaluable - Ask Julie! and the day went without a hitch. In short I would recommend both the book as a constant point of reference and also the course. You don't need a second mortgage to attend, the limited numbers of delegates involved means that you all have full involvement/discussion etc and the most important thing is that it is run BY Julie and Steve for the whole of the course!

I just thought I'd take this opportunity to say thank you for all
the advise and inspiration that you provided over the 2 days. It was
great to develop an understanding of the whole wedding process from
the initial meeting to the album design. Although I didn't say as
much as others and give much input in to the conversations I can
assure you that I took everything on board and found it a great

Just a quick email to say thank you for a very enjoyable and informative two days.
 
I came away from your course on a ‘high’ having learned a great deal from
both of you and eager to put it all into practice.
 
It was a very friendly and informal atmosphere and it was obvious from the
start of the course you were both experienced professional and very knowledgeable
photographers. The venue was perfect and helped with the relaxed atmosphere.
 
It was great to meet you both and hope to meet you again sometime in the future. I will
